Call Centres Need a Wallboard

Over the last four months we have been busy installing NZ’s largest 3CX installation in the Triton Hearing Clinics. There are 25 locations spread throughout New Zealand and a Customer Service Centre, all requiring 120 handsets.

Head Office is able to monitor inbound calls at all the clinics in real-time by using the 3CX Wallboard which is installed on a 50inch LED TV (screenshot below). Head office is also linked to all of the branches thus allowing them to call specific phones by dialling their extension number.

This has been the most exciting installation of 3CX for PhoneVoIP and we are pleased to say we pulled it off without a hitch.
